Green USA House Cleaning San Jose

I’ve been consistently impressed and satisfied with the level of detail and care from Green USA cleaning company. They are punctual, professional, and leave my home spotless every time. It’s such a relief to come back to a clean, fresh space—highly recommended!

I hired them to clean four ceiling lights, including one light fixture at a high ceiling that was covered in dust. Before accepting the job, they sent someone for an inspection, and this person assured me they could handle the task. However, after the crew finished the work, the light at the high ceiling still had visible dust. The crew claimed it was impossible to clean because their fingers couldn’t fit in the gaps. They also didn’t have any brushes or appropriate tools for the job. I contacted the company, sent photos showing the light and remaining dust, and asked if they could send someone with the proper equipment to finish the job. After a few calls, they told me it was impossible to clean the dust and refused to provide a partial refund, claiming the job had been completed. I asked why they didn’t mention this limitation upfront, so I could hire someone else, but they insisted the job was done. I was shocked that a cleaning crew didn’t have the necessary tools, especially after conducting an inspection beforehand. The worst part was that the manager kept insisting the job was complete, despite the visible dirt. DO NOT HIRE.

Today was my first time using Green USA Cleaning Company’s services. Right from scheduling the service with Daniel, the entire process was very smooth. They even send you a reminder of your service which was very cool. Anahi, Gabriella and Andrea did an excellent job cleaning my home today. They reached on time and got to work immediately. They split up the work and did a spectacular job of making my home super clean and shiny. Really, all my appliances are sparkling clean. They did a thorough job cleaning the bathrooms. One little detail that I really loved was the fact that they cleared out all trash and put in new trash bags. They also did a great job cleaning my plantation shutters that I have throughout my home. The whole house smells so fresh. I would definitely be using their services again.
