From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, making me feel comfortable right away. I had the pleasure of having Cloe as my hygienist, and she was absolutely amazing. Cloe’s expertise, gentle touch, and attention to detail made my visit a breeze. She explained every step of the process, answered all my questions with patience, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the appointment. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. The entire experience was so smooth and enjoyable, something I never thought I’d say about a dental appointment! Now that a week past from my last dental appointment and pain is gone 🙈- I can leave my review. Had to do few procedures done- crown, filling, and cleaning. Dr Velayo is my dentist and I felt very comfortable with her right away. She is the type of woman who works hard and loves what she does. No “water”, strait to the point. Which I like. So far as mentioned had few procedures done and they seem good (only time will show of course). Separate thanks to Sammy- office manager- he was able to split my payment- so we can pay it off over time. Everyone I met there is very nice and kind. So far so good!

I recently visited this dentist office, and I have to say, it’s the best dental experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly polite and welcoming. Nadine streamlined the check-in and check-out process, making it quick and simple, which I truly appreciated. If you have any questions about insurance, I highly recommend reaching out to Chelsea. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, ensuring that all your questions are answered. My hygienist, Chloe, is absolutely fantastic! She took the time to thoroughly explain the treatments and what she was doing during my appointment. Her patience and mindfulness made me feel at ease throughout the procedure. I recently had a deep cleaning treatment and was amazed that I experienced not the slightest bit of discomfort afterward. Chloe is hands down the best hygienist I’ve ever seen! Overall, this office exceeds expectations in every aspect. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking exceptional dental care!

I had a Hygiene scaling and root planning with very detailed deep cleaning the ordinary way and with the laser. The office/financial assistant Suzanne, was personable and extremely knowledgeable on the financial aspects and she explained to me all the charges and my options before I proceeded any further., also she was very patient with me and answered all my questions. My dental hygienist Sharmane was super knowledgeable, very personable and took her time to always check in with me, she did a great job.
