Greenbriar Coin Laundry and Wash Dry Fold Drop Off Service

I am a frequent user of this laundry until today. I asked for the restroom key so that I can use the facilities after an hour bus ride just to get here. Regardless of what I am going through. I asked the last I'm not lady if she could open the restroom for me, and her response after 10-15 minutes of observing me, was this is not a shower. After I had told her that I was going to do my laundry, she felt as if I owed her an explanation. I don't understand.

This laundry mat is very well kept, very clean, and the Lady who's there working every day is both very friendly and just as helpful and always very busy keeping everything the way it should be! I also would like to state for a fact that I do not give 5 stars to places very often, so the fact that I did is because I've been there several times and I noticed all which I've stated in my review which left me impressed!

I paid extra for the machine to wash my clothes in hot and then when bringing this to the staff she argued and said it was washing hot but it didn’t. Even the other staff member felt the washer and said it was cold as well. I was still argued with about the situation. After her calling the owner I was refunded. So make sure you don’t pay for the hot water because it washes in cold even if you do.
