We have been with this practice for 8 years with current dogs and with previous dog. Very happy with them. Always friendly and helpful. Dr. Dailey and staff have spent a lot of time with us and our Westie diagnoses with DKA. Very comfortable with the entire staff.

We've been going here for over 12 years. I would normally rate them a five, but lately the admin staff has been very slow to respond and quite disconnected with the veterinarians. Yesterday when we called, they did not pick up the phone after three calls. They also have not called back when they said they would when our meds would be done. Two days later they still hadn't called back. Their support staff needs to be as good as the docs are there.

We found this vet throw my grandmother about two years ago we absolutely love it here they are so caring about your animal super friendly and understanding we just had to put our second cat down here the assistant and veterinary stayed and cryed with me

update to the 5 star review I left and why it changed to 1... I have been dealing with terrible diarrhea for my puppy and up most nights every hour. I emailed the provider in hopes for a response. She responded one time and I haven't heard anything else for 3 days. You can't tell me there isn't a vet tech or another provider who fills in when the doctor is off. That's ridiculous and honestly makes me question my dogs care. We spend hundreds every visit and cant even get some consistent help when desperate.
