From start to finish the customer service at Griffin Mill Fiat Pontypridd was awesome! Lewis is so knowledgeable and answered every single question we had. Encouraged having the test drives of both the hybrid 600 and the 600e as I wasn’t too sure which model I wanted. Made me feel completely at ease and nothing was ever a bother. The other staff we met were also fab and there was no hard pressure sales pitch, always offering a cuppa and a friendly smiley face!
