Since ZERO stars is not an option I am forced to give 1. As an independent business person who does not exclusively deal with signage, look elsewhere, because Grimco will tell you they don't want your business no matter the material volume you may seek. I have the email they sent explaining their 'policy'. Looking at the reply below I went on to read other reviews and see I am not alone. As a supplier of materials used for whatever purpose a business sees fit it is hard to believe such a supplier would dare dictate what legal use any materials sold to any business is used for. It's plastic sheeting, not like it needs a EULA or conditions. Hella funny ... Almost.

I just dropped Grimco today. Jessica (originally in the Opopka branch) was absolutely terrible to deal with. I started my new business 8-10 months or so ago. Started buying Avery window film here. Can't get warranties registered So I contacted Jessica No less than four times on the matter and never once got a call back from her when she told me she would get an answer and call me back. I called and ordered a roll of film on March 1st and she told me to have to be drop shipped from the manufacturer and it would probably be 3 to 4 days before it go out and I just got off the phone with her this morning 18 days later and still don't have the roll of film. Still have no answers on the warranty registration so I told her there's no way I could run a business relying on Grimco and going to move on elsewhere. Absolutely terrible to deal with.

Fantastic company to work with! The customers are always happy and they do their best to satisfy customers! The workers are friendly and they don't mind helping you. I highly recommend it!
