AndyI just got my new knife the other day in the mail. I couldn't possibly be happier, unless I had ordered two! I am very impressed with the service. I ordered the knife on a Saturday evening after they were closed. Monday morning when I woke up on the West Coast I already had a confirmation and tracking information. This means someone got the knife, packed it up, and arranged shipping within the first few minutes of being back to work on Monday. The knife and sheath are both perfect. They call them factory seconds, but I can't find a single blemish. This goes to prove how incredible their standards are. I will be ordering another knife next payday for sure.
