Terrible place with ILLEGAL practices. They try to force you to pay deposits, which is illegal in Québec under any circumstances.Then, they try to hide it by making you sign a document, prepared for them, under their rules, but that you have to sign as if you were the one writing it freely and of your own volition. I'm so sad to see these kind of practices, which only hurt their own business. Word of advice, don't do business with a company willing to commit an illegal activity, subrepticiously hidden within a legal ruse to avoid prosecution. Something like this could never end well for the cosumer!
This group has a very clean appartments with reasonable prices and the staff is so kind and friendly I would like to say thanks to Marc ,Melisa,Nataly and Jollian But after 8 months they changed no buddy replied to my emails and they haired irresponsible girls except Judith who left this month she was so kind.
