I recently used Grow Pack Movers for my relocation, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! A special shoutout to Kumar, Ajay, and Tina, who made the entire process so much smoother and stress-free. As someone who was already feeling the pressure of relocating, I was worried about how to pack my items. However, the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. All I had to do was let them know what needed packing, and they expertly sorted everything out. Their care and attention to detail were truly remarkable, and they handled all my belongings with the utmost care. This gave me so much assurance that my items were in safe hands. I engaged Grow Pack Movers for my recent house relocation after reading all the positive and rave reviews online. However, I'm very disappointed to share that my experience with them is on the contrary. While the movers did a good job of wrapping the items prior to moving (hence the 2 stars), unfortunately, my IKEA cabinet was damaged during the process. The movers claimed that they wrapped the cabinets tightly, to which I totally agree, but it is common sense that because the cabinet is wrapped too tightly, slight movements caused during transport would've caused the damage (laminate being scraped off by the screw due to friction). Most disappointingly, when I contacted the boss (Mr Letchu) to ask if he could do something for me (even calling a handyman to repaint the scraped part would've sufficed), he just waved all responsibilities away saying that they are not responsible for the damages. I'm attaching photos of the damages here, you can be the judge.
