Hice mi primer primer pedido con Temu. No conocía esta transportadora cuando me la asignaron, así que busqué, me asustaron las reseñas y esperé lo peor. Para mi sorpresa, mi paquete llegó hoy en la mañana después de 10 días hábiles aproximadamente. Vivo en Cali. Hasta ahora, un excelente servicio. Solo hay que estar muy pendiente en todo momento desde que en la guía dice que ya llegó a la ciudad.
Son extremadamente demorados para entregar paquetes, mi paquete está en Bogotá hace más de 15 días y no lo han despachado, teniendo en cuenta que su sucursal central es en Bogotá no se justifica la demora, no me imagino cómo será la entrega a otras ciudades del país. No se recomienda para nada, de seguro las plataformas digitales lo contratan por ofrecer un servicio barato, pero a fin de cuenta ese mal servicio deja mucho que desear. Si pudiera colocar menos una estrella a XCargo lo haría, no responden y no les interesa el delivery solo recibir paquetes.
Pésimo servicio, recomiendo reportar cada caso a temu o shein y pedir no enviar a traves de esta empresa, en mi caso mi envió fue entregado por aduana a xcargo el dia 22 de febrero y el sabado 1 de marzo aparece devuelto a bodega por cliente no disponible pero curiosamente ese día me llegó otro envío que había pedido mucho despues , cabe resaltar que cada pedido xcargo los deja en recepción de el conjunto residencial , pregunto a Xcargo : si el cliente no estaba disponible como el segundo paquete fue dejado por ustedes sin ningún problema en la recepcion? La pregunta es que hicieron o donde està el primer paquete? Por que es clarísimo que nunca fue enviado
