camelot restorationOrdered parts online went to collect one customer in front of me 3 blokes behind counter one seems to be serving and on the phone at same time, totally ignored and would of thought someone would have said good morning be with you in a while but nothing, waited good 5 minutes without anyone going to show any interest in serving me so walked out, poor service i understand on the pbone taking orders but have a separate office for that and have the front reception customer collection just for that with dedicated staff to pick the products etc not rocket science is it, or is it?

Placed order on Wednesday and paid extra for express delivery for Friday as needed asap yet received an email Thursday evening saying the product was in fact out of stock. Allegedly the website wasn't updated to show no stock and it would be updated, an hour after i received email it still hasn't been updated. Wouldn't use again on recommend.
