They do have some nice clothes and dresses for the ladies, but it's largely a hit or miss for my partner, the couple of times that we've been to a Forever New outlet. Either that, or the prices for the kind of clothes, is a little bit of a mismatch. We tried a few pieces, but the cutting and the design were just somewhat off for my partner's body type, somehow. That said, the saving grace was how the store assistant stayed on a little past closing hours, just because we were still in the store. Thanks for having us team!

Agreed 100% with those who comments on the rudeness of the staff. My daughter was seeking help for the sizes of the dress she intended to buy. To my surprise, the staff that she approach gave her very unpleasant look and attitude (i.e look down) I should say she should be shameful of herself and she should be removed if the boss wants to keep their business running

Rudest staffs among the Singapore branches. Both the 2 plus sizes staffs and the anorexic looking one (who is the only staff today in the store 28-Sep) are super ungracious and unhelpful staffs I’ve ever encountered with Forever New. These ppl should not be in customer service with this attitude as it ruins everyone’s day. Based on the other reviews, these ungracious staffs are quite consistent.

Visited the outlet which is relocated at the new wing recently. Pardon me for not writing this earlier, I intended to review on the same night when I patronized the store but Google review indicated this store ( I presume it meant the former premise near Nespresso ) had closed permanently that night. Anyway , I recalled it was about an hour before the store closed when I walked in and there was no other customer in the store when I entered, as the new wing is rather quiet. The two staff did not attended to me. When I wanted to reach out to try on the dress that was hanging above my arm’s reach, none of the staff bothered to attend to me. When I walked over to request politely for help, the staff in a fuchsia jacket went over unwilling. I do like Forvever New’s designs, but the sizes are like hits and misses. While I can’t fit into size L of the floral dress ( which is a regular price item) that I like , I was able to fit into another dress in size S which was on discount ( andI remembered the price after discount was $135). I wonder what has gotten into the staff when I happened to browse the rack of dresses which were on sale as I just want to look for a floral design since I can’t fit into the regular price one anyway. She gave me a look as if I am not welcomed to browse there. I still end up paying for a top that I like and she just pack it without the basic courtesy of even saying “ thank you”. As I was walking out, there were two more matured ladies who came in and start comparing the dresses. And I notice the staff also didn’t attend to them . I guess I would rather try the other Forever New outlet at Wisma if I want to purchase your company’s clothes again.
