The place is awful! My friends and I went in to look for some dresses and was browsing. One of the sales assistant was very polite and accomodating, but the other one is ridiculous full of attitude and pretty nonsensical and ask me to go Paragon instead because of the price here is expensive and Paragon might be a better choice. Regardless, they portrays Customer Service at it's poorest and don't deserve any Customers walking into their shop totally with what vibes they are sending across to people who walks through the shop and portrays and attitude that "you won't be able to afford this" and the staff whispering between them when I ask for sizes. Just such an unpleasant experience!

All the 1-star reviews about this place are right. Experienced an older sales assistant shoving the price tag in my face asking me if the "price was ok". Was followed around the store like I was going to steal something. What a shocking way to treat customers, a complete lack of basic training unless this is the way they have trained their staff - then congratulations, you've successfully turned away potential customers. Don't bother to come here if you're not already a regular or fully decked out in logos and monograms, go straight to the designer's boutique or buy dresses from sites like Farfetch or Net-a-porter instead.

Service level was close to 0. Extremely disappointed by how the lady who served me told me the gown was “over $20k” when she should pay attention and realise my watch was 6 times what the gown cost. 0 service until I made it quite clear I needed a gown by that day, at which point she followed me extremely closely. At the end, I received a gown that she simply rolled into some paper and put into a tote bag. When I go to Dior, they put the dress into a box and give me champagne. Will not patronise ever again

Gorgeous gowns! Intricately made thus reasonably priced. This is a huge plus to SG's otherwise not-so-good fashion scene. Would be good if the store also has a web to advertise and/or sell their products. Hope it won't be affected much doing Covid-19 though... :/
