I contracted with Mary to get an articulated trucked moved from Georgia to N Carolina. Pickup was right on time, but the road tractor has some mechanical issues. Mary informed me right away that there would be a delay. The truck was under warranty, so it must have been newer equipment. Mary kept me informed and even offered to get another truck which would have cost her more money. I was not in a pinch, so I told her to relax and get it to me ASAP. The delivery was 1.5 business days later than scheduled, but Mary kept me informed the entire time, being honest about everything, even sent me a statement of the repair.
