Sean MaurikOur 1979 boiler burned a hole through itself so based on reviews I called up LB heating. They answered right away and were very responsive. Ted showed up a couple hours later and took the time to explain the options with the pros and cons of everything and I decided to go with a high efficiency boiler and water heater combo. The guys showed up exactly on schedule and did a professional job and answered all my questions as they were going. They even left the room cleaner than it was before and pointed out a few unrelated things I might want to fix that I wouldn't have noticed if they hadn't brought it up (some foundation issues, sigh). The rest of the staff were great - they took care of the old rental heater including all the paper work and payment and invoicing was smooth. Since then I've talked to Ted a couple times with random questions and he's been super responsive and seems happy to help answer my questions (dumb or otherwise). Highly recommended
