This pharmacy is amazing! The pharmacist, Raed Darras, is incredibly friendly and welcoming the moment you walk in—completely different from big chain stores like Shoppers. He patiently answers all your questions in detail and never rushes you. He’s knowledgeable and honest—when I asked if their honey could help my allergies, he explained it was from northern Ontario and suggested local honey for Ottawa instead. The other staff are also wonderful and provide the same warm, helpful service. And Raed’s smile in person is exactly like the one in his photo—genuine and from the heart, not just for the camera. It truly touched me. Truly caring place. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience with 🌺Ola, one of the staff members at the pharmacy. She was incredibly kind, patient, and responsible, taking the time to clearly explain everything to me. It was my first time getting these medications, and she made me feel calm and confident by reassuring me that I wouldn’t need them once I felt better. Her compassionate and friendly attitude truly made a difference. I’m really grateful for her support and highly recommend her to anyone who needs help!
