I’m so glad I stopped into this local pharmacy in Pickering after doing some grocery shopping in the plaza. Chun was incredibly helpful—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. It’s rare to find such personal service these days, and it made all the difference. Whether you need advice, prescriptions, or just great customer care, this is a pharmacy worth supporting. I don't write Google reviews, but I do have a good sense of gratitude, so I am writing one for this pharmacy. I don't expect perfection from anyone, which is why I appreciate genuine effort above all else. I'm writing this because I just got a bottle of medication from them, with the instruction of taking a half dose per day. I open the bottle, and all the pills have been pre-cut for me. It's such a small but thoughtful thing that no one has ever done before. A month ago, they advised me about a drug interaction my own doctor didn't think to warn me about. They're not my pharmacy, they're my last line of protection.

I can’t say enough good things about our pharmacist, Chun. He's incredibly knowledgeable and always take the time to explain medications and its associated recommendations clearly. What stands out even more is how friendly and patient they are—especially with my parents. They treat them with such respect and kindness, which means a lot to our family. It’s rare to find someone so professional and genuinely caring. Highly recommended to the local community!
