I don’t use this pharmacy but it’s highly unprofessional of the pharmacist to take all the calls on speaker in which other people sitting for Dr’s appointment can hear everything about the person on the phone. It’s highly unprofessional and raises privacy concerns.

Update, November 2024 I believe that the pharmacist and management has changed here, and customer service has declined severely. I called Friday for a common medication, and was told that they didn't know if they had it in stock. I asked to have them check because the pharmacy is closed over the weekend, but they assured me they are open on Saturdays. They're not. I'm now spending the weekend not only with the flu, but without my asthma meds. I'll be transferring my prescriptions on Monday. === I've always felt welcome and well taken care of here. The pharmacist is kind and thoughtful with his advice. Yes, it would be more convenient with weekend hours, but the service more than makes up for it.

If i could give half a star i would. Thevnew pharmacist is a joke. My friend is a diabetic and has been without insulin for a month and this guy does not care. He iscall about the money no wonder they keep loosing clients.
