I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. The mechanic replaced my rear brakes and pads but failed to properly tighten the wheel nuts afterwards. After driving for a short time, the wheel became loose and nearly came off while I was driving (see attached photos). This was extremely dangerous and could have caused a serious accident. The wheel nuts had clearly not been tightened correctly. In addition, one of the specific wheel nuts is now missing (see photos). I later took the car to Halfords, and they confirmed that they did not carry out any brake or pad work on the vehicle. The issue was directly related to the previous garage’s work. My car is still experiencing issues following this incident. This level of negligence is unacceptable and put my safety at risk. I would NOT recommend this garage at all. NEVER RECOMMEND IT.

I am extremely satisfied with the work of this company. Trevor provided me with truly excellent service. He clearly focuses on addressing what the car actually needs and isn't just trying to charge the customer unnecessarily. Beyond his expertise, Trevor is genuinely friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company and Trevor to everyone.

Can't speak highly enough of this business. Trevor has taken care of my daughters car on a few occasions now and even taken time out to talk me through what he has needed to do (I live 250 miles away). I have every confidence in this garage and its very nice to know there is someone that can be trusted to fix any genuine problems with my daughters car and not rip her off.
