We worked with a lady named Karen, she was very helpful the entire honeymoon planning process! We ran into a handful of issues with flights being cancelled and reservations needing to be moved. We called Karen & the Apple vacation number (sometime it was after hours in the US) & every time we were met with excellent service. And every issue was handled with no doing of our own. They really allowed us to relax on our honeymoon and even hooked us up with some surprise extras once we arrive to our resort (bottle of champagne & a photoshoot on the beach) . 100% would recommend to anyone!! Thank you again!

Teresa provided us with the BEST service during our vacation this January! She was able to help us push our trip back a day due to a winter storm, find our lost luggage, transfer us to a new resort when ours couldn’t accommodate us, and even added an extra day to our trip! She was always a text message away the whole time so that we could focus on relaxing during our vacation! I would highly recommend her services!

We used Gulliver's Travel again to help set up a nine day tour of Great Britain. Sarah Parmenter was the agent who guided us and set up our trip. We used CIE to tour England, Scotland, and Wales. The trip and tour were better than our expectations. We are thankful for the help Sarah did to make this trip happen.

I had an amazing experience with Teresa at Gulliver’s Travel at Duck Creek!!! We were two weeks away from going on our honeymoon to St. Pete Beach, Florida when hurricane Helene hit. I was panicked! Two friends of mine use Teresa as their agent regularly. One of them suggested I give her a call. Thank goodness!!! She was like an angel!! I called her crying, and by the time I was off the phone with her, she had put me at ease. She planned our entire vacation to the most wonderful resort!!! She got us a direct flight, got us the seats we wanted, and all for a great price! She took care of absolutely EVERYTHING for us!!! I had a few questions I was a little panicked about, and she responded very quickly. I had never been to Mexico before. She was absolutely wonderful and we will definitely be using her again!!!!! She turned our nightmare into the absolute best honeymoon!!!!!
