Customer experiences
We were able to make a reservation so seating was quick and easy. A bit disappointing that sitting in the room with the stage wasn’t an option on the night we went. We sat in the room where the bar was and the music was so loud it was impossible to speak to anyone at our table. Per the hostess, there wasn’t anywhere quieter to sit us (I asked as my father is hard of hearing). We all got burgers which were good. Nacho appetizer was great! Our waiter was also amazing. Gift shop on the way out was fun. Memorabilia around the restaurant is worth checking out.
It offers a lively and iconic dining experience in the heart of Times Square. With its rock ‘n’ roll memorabilia, vibrant atmosphere, and friendly staff, it’s a must-visit for music lovers and tourists alike. The menu features classic American fare burgers, ribs, and cocktails… all served in generous portions. Though it can be crowded and prices are tourist-level, the energy and entertainment value make it worth the visit
What a wonderful experience I had on my birthday and I was very very excited to receive a birthday badge by the very kind security guard on the front of the store. The food was absolutely divine. I was very excited to have a little birthday surprise sundae they had arrived for me that was so sweet of the waiter.! Thank you so much for making my birthday✨🩷
It has been years since I've eaten at a Hard Rock Cafe, and maybe 20 years since I've been to the Times Square location. I was pleasantly surprised and happy to find that the quality of the food was quite good. I had the Surf and Turf burger. My son had the Messi Chicken Sandwich. I think he liked it because he devoured it. Mine was pretty awesome too. The French fries were some of the best I've had at a chain restaurant. Our server, Rick, was great - funny and very friendly! It was about 11am when we were there so it wasn't crowded yet. We were able to walk around and look at the memorabilia without interrupting anyone's meal. As a Beatles fan, I was happy to see an area dedicated to the Fab 4. After all these years, it was nice to see that the Hard Rock Cafe is still a great place to visit.
