Absolutely Disappointing Experience We hired this team with high hopes after purchasing a new flat, but they turned out to be a nightmare. Initially, they seemed excited and professional, but their actions told a completely different story. Here are the key issues we faced: 1. Poor Finishing: The quality of their work was subpar, with several visible flaws. 2. Missed Timelines: They failed to complete the work on time and caused unnecessary delays. 3. Mess and Negligence: They left our home in a mess after their work sessions. 4. No Polish or Cleaning: They didn’t bother to finish with polish or basic cleaning as promised. 5. Kitchen Issues: Our newly-installed kitchen surfaces were covered with bubbles and handprints. We had to clean it ourselves despite raising this issue. Even after closing the contract, we informed them about the pending finishing work in a group message, but they ignored it. After 6 months, I shared an honest review of my experience, and only then did they start paying attention. They revisited to "fix" things but left the same poor finishing as before. Now they expect me to change my review. Over the past one and a half months, they've been contacting me solely based on their schedule, with no regard for my convenience. This has been one of the worst experiences ever, and I will never recommend anyone to trust these guys with their home projects.
