This was my first time coming here, of course follow the signs to the shipper/receiving office. My appointment was at 9:00 but because only one driver at the time at the office it may take a long time to check in and check out! Now the pick up numbers begins with 805 of you come with RXO. The loader guy came to greet me and told me he will load me soon. There’s no public restrooms and there’s street parking outside. So after 2.5 hours I’m out of here.

Overnight parking is available on the street. That's the only good thing I can say about this place. Worst GXO I have been to. No facilities for the drivers and expect very long wait times. Even they don't appear to be very busy. They are very strict on appointment times due to an internal beef between first shift and second shift.

If you come here, prepare to burn your clock. They will keep you forever and they have no public restrooms. Waited to check in for 1hr then 4-5hrs getting loaded.
