I was in Laval Friday to Monday for work (from Ottawa). And really wanted to get a workout in early Monday morning. I corresponded with the owner late Sunday night -- no problem to get it for a 6am. The class was great. Good warm-up, good strength piece and a satisfying, sweaty WOD. Thank you!

Wow! Who knew this would become my favorite workout place! If you are looking for something different this is the place. Build strength, cardio, and endurance! Coaches guide you every step of the way, even as a beginner. People are so nice and encouraging! Shout out to all the coaches and the workout buddies!!
