This gym is so welcoming and I feel so comfortable every time I enter. Sofia is an absolute gem. She’s encouraging and fun and an amazing human. These past 5 weeks have been amazing. I’m happier, I’m stronger and feeling great. Thank you to all the trainers Tim and Nada as well !

Very welcoming owner Sofia & coaches adapt workouts for clients’ individual injuries or limitations. Everyone is always smiling & encouraging despite challenging workouts. They meet with us when needed to adapt or make nutritional changes & give workout tips. There is no competition. Very motivating environment! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

The workouts are intense but they get you results, and the community is super supportive. Sofia, the owner, is so personable and amazing! She creates your meal plans and exercise programs tailored to your goals. Thanks to all the trainers who somehow know when to challenge you and when to crack a joke right when you need it. Every class feels like a mix of sweat, strength, and just the right amount of suffering (the good kind!). Whether you're a beginner or a beast, you’ll leave feeling accomplished—and a little sore.
