Hard pass on these guys. Took my truck here for an air horn install, should have been a red flag that they did not realize it would involve mounting a compressor and running lines. Original quote was $300 and 3 hours, final cost was $500 and about 9 hours. After working properly for a week I began having electrical issues. Upon research it was determined that they did not run the power to the battery, but rather spliced the ignition power wire which melted the surrounding wiring. No but connections were used, just twisted wires and tape. Repair cost was $1500. They also cracked my dash and my seat while running the wires, who knows what that replacement will cost. I asked if they would at least refund my money, they offered $100. Told them not to worry about it. There were obvious signs all along the way that they didn’t know what they were doing.

Roger and the guys at Rogers Auto Service do NOT know what they are doing and are very professional Usually. I called Roger himself and told him that my engine was not working and I want to swap it out with a good working engine. After having a New engine shipped to Rogers Auto Service, they quickly did a terrible Rush job on my car. The entire engine swap was done in about 7-8 hours. However; Nothing worked properly when he called to tell me it was ready! I took it for a test drive and the car would not go faster than 15mph even with the gas pedal all the way to the floor!! (03/09/2022) Update (08/31-/2022): it hasn’t even been a full 6 months and the engine is out again already from failed timing chain, just like the last one. Come to find out Roger didn’t double check any of his work and all sorts of sensors were left unplugged or seized due to his work even with proper maintenance. He did Bare minimum work while charging the Maximum for EVERYTHING!! Told me the total would be $500 as a “first time customer” but ended up charging $1200 which I did not have or plan to pay. They do NOT give any receipts either after paying. Don’t go here!! He will tell you one price as a quote than try to triple it. Some sort of immigrant operations. They barely understand or speak any English at all. Will Never go back! - Highly NOT Recommend!! 🌟 Carlton

I bought a vehicle and the ac went out. Roger took care of me. When there was a problem he got it fixed for me and he truly is a caring man who gets the job done right.
