Everyone at H2 Health, in Murray, is very knowledgeable and they are very easy to work with. The physical therapists will walk you through each and every activity and are ready to answer all of your questions or concerns. The office is clean with several machines that will help with your recovery. Bri and Randie are very good at what they do and I can't thank them enough for helping me through my recovery. Nicole works the front desk and is available to assist with any insurance questions or issues you may have. All in all, I would give H2 Health, Murray, 5 out of 5 stars!!!

I went in to this new P.T. experience with an open mind, after having a prior 4-week course elsewhere (different issue) that not only didn't help but hurt A LOT. I found this office far more professional and empathetic, and I learned what needed to be done and why-- so that now I think about strength and how to move correctly long after my time there ended.

Bryn & Randie are professional & knowledgable, warm & positive.They ask for your feedback during each tailored set of exercises to keep progress on track while avoiding further injury. I wish I had done this sooner but I won’t hesitate, next time, to request physical therapy at H2 Health!
