"I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this phone shop. For a simple 2-minute phone cleaning, they charged me $50, which is outrageous. The staff was rude and unhelpful. When I asked for a wireless charger, they gave me a power bank instead. When I questioned the excessive price, the staff responded by complaining about their $4000 rent, which is irrelevant to my service. To make matters worse, when I pointed out that I didn't want the charger, they told me I needed a new one, then opened it. Afterwards, they refused to take it back, claiming it was already opened. The staff's attitude and pricing are unacceptable. To anyone considering this shop, I advise you to ask about prices beforehand and think twice before using their services." Thankyou!!

One of the best phone repair places I've been to, my screen was smashed completely and was unusable and I couldn't even answer the phone due to the Touchscreen being broken, if I could give 10 stars I would! And instead of taking an hour to fix it he only took 20 minutes, so I highly recommend taking any of your devices to his shop!, its well worth it and at a affordable price compared to the other phone repair shops in the Sydney area! 7/03/2024 So it's been 2 months since I tok my phone into aladdin phone repair and I dropped my phone and cracked the glass screen again, he willing fixed it straight away no fuss no questions asked and he also gave me a new glass cover protector free of charge, Sam is an absolute legend all because of my friend mk recommending his shop in punchbowl near the train station 16/08/2024 Hi guys I'm back again, nurses in the hospital accidentally dropped my phone whilst I was in there for 2 months after finding out I've got lung cancer so after I was discharged I rang up sam again and he straight away fixed the glass on my screen and as usual done a top job, he's more then just a business owner but actually stops and cares and listens so please let's get behind this business owner and support him in any way we can!
