She listens to your requirements, but will always comment I, for any reason, what you want is unsuitable, e.g. Will overly damage your hair, requires exceptional upkeep. I have been a customer with the same hairdresser for over 20 years and have never had any issues.

Kaye GuestI booked a dry cut and it was explained that a wash and cut is what is best so OK - I was expecting to pay £14.50 (on their website) and was charged £27.50 ! A wash cut and blow dry is advertised at £25. I have since been made aware that the website prices are not correct and that stylists have their own prices. This should have been explained at the time of booked and I would have not booked. Cut was just OK and not worth the money
