First of all, it was highly unprofessional. I had serum and normal day cream on my face, and instead of applying powder to make threading easier, she was pulling on my skin. She was so rough. When I asked her to be gentle, she got offended and said, “I don’t know what you have on your skin.” The way she said it was extremely rude and uncalled for. Then she started saying my skin is “really dry,” like… what i have skincare on and its dry woow? She left so many hairs on my face. Just because I asked her to be gentle, she started throwing tantrums. They charge $22-23 for eyebrows and upper lip, so it’s not like they’re cheap. On top of that, this behavior? Please calm down. People come to you to give you money, not take anything from you. Last time too, I didn’t have a good experience with the owner. She talks as if she is my friend but comes off rude. I don’t know why some desi people have so much problem with other desi customers. They start acting weird and trying to make you feel small. Pathetic behavior. I’m never going back there.

Best spot for eye brows threading and hot oil hair massage when in Toronto. They also run laser hair removal promo and packages which is a steal deal. Been their customer for the last 3 years, very happy and satisfied. Best wishes to the salon to grow higher and the owner anu and her sister is very welcoming and warm, totally appreciate their customer service.

I went for a full-face waxing earlier this week. First thing - they mention that they take walk-ins, but when I arrived at 10:36 AM, the salon was still closed. I called the number listed on their website (it clearly said they should be open) and the person on the phone told me to wait, saying someone would be there shortly. I waited and eventually, someone did come to open the salon. When she arrived, I greeted her kindly with a “hello,” but she just stared at me and didn’t respond which is already not a great first impression. A few minutes later, she started the service (eyebrow threading and lower chin waxing) and honestly, it was a terrible experience. After the service, I checked the mirror but due to the dim lighting in the salon, I couldn’t really see the imperfections. Once I got home, it was clear that she had missed several hairs on my face, my eyebrows were uneven and not shaped properly and I even had multiple bruises and irritation marks from the waxing and threading. I’ve given this place several chances before, hoping for improvement but this time was the last straw. I do not recommend this salon.

Horrible experience with a face wax, they are rude to clients, not open to feedback, no hygiene. I went in for a face wax yesterday, I had warned them that I have sensitive skin. She waxed my face in such a rough manner, no technique whatsoever. She ripped a huge layer of my chin skin off, and proceeded to thread over it. When I confronted her, she denied it and said that I’m making stuff up just not to pay.
