This was a special day for my daughter. Her wedding. She booked you far in advance for an "Updoo". She was assured you did this. A few days before the wedding, after she sent a picture of what she wanted, you proceeded to tell her that you can't do the professional updoo she wanted. It was to late to cancel. You also told her you do makeup. Well.... at the appointment the girl told her it was the first time she's ever done makeup for a wedding. Christine came back to get dressed before her wedding... the hair definately was not an Updoo.... it was in the back of her head... you couldn't ever see the head piece that she wanted placed on the side, the veil was not attached and secured to prevent it from falling out... this should have been done by any professional hair stylist..... Her makeup is another story.... not an acceptable job at all. So because of all these "undone" issues, the veil kept falling off, her hair sank to the back of her neck, you couldn't see her head piece, her makeup was poorly done, her eyelashes were falling off... this was a total mess up... and you told her when she booked that you did wedding glamor. I would expect a total refund to her for a poorly done wedding job. I definately would not recommend you to anyone getting glammed up for their wedding. From a very upset and disappointed mother of the bride.

I've been twice and can honestly say that this is the best beauty care location I have ever visited. Two weeks ago I had a pedicure completed by Olga, who did an incredible job and was so considerate and careful of my injury while supplying the service so I was comfortable and relaxed the entier appointment. A few says ago I had an incredible manicure completed by Lyndsay. She was patient explaining the differences between products and applications to me, she confirmed my choices to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and even repaired one of my nails that was breaking during the service. The nail repair was done with a gel builder and is completed indistinguishable from the rest of my manicure. I cannot recommend these ladies or this location enough.

This was my for visit with Olga and will not be my last. She was lovely and took great care of me during my spa pedicure. My toes look incredible! The spa itself was very clean and cozy and the receptionist was warm and kind. Can't wait to make myself a regular client here!

Called with less than 30 minutes notice that my sons hair appointment that I made three weeks ago couldn’t be honoured because they stylist was running late - “because it’s so busy with back to school”- which is why I made the appointment three weeks ago. The exact same thing happened with another appointment for him in June. Cancelled with less than 30 minutes to the appointment time. I live 25 minutes away and had already left home both times. Both times the options offered to me were not ones I could make fit into my work schedule. I asked to speak to the manager but they only work from 9-3. I won’t be back.
