T JWalked in for a haircut and beard trim. Not much was said which was fine with me, I'm naturally quiet. Barber was skilled at what he does, has a very steady hand and looked after all the details. Happy paying the price, and leaving a tip. Can't fault him.
Roddy McLeanYou are screwing up your local reputation b/c you are not consistent with you opening hours. I had used you a few times in the past with no complaints, however the sign on you door this weekend said you would be closed all weekend and also on Monday. I came by just before 9:00am on Tuesday morning the sign was still there. However sometime after 9:30am on Tuesday morning you replaced the sign with another sign stating that you are closed - so here was me thinking that you would be open by 10am , but no , you remained closed all day on Tuesday too with no indication of when you would be open again - same again on Wednesday. I called you listed tel number to find out when you woukld be open and the tel number was not valid . So bottom line for me is that I had 2 x 10 mile round trips and I wasted my time b/c you lack basic customer communication skills. Today Wednesday after finding out that you were still closed , I visited Alexanders Turkish Barber shop just along the road from you in Abingdon st and they were just brilliant and I will be using them again in the future. As as a suggestion , it is common courtesy to let you customers know when you will be open and not shut up shop just when it suits you.
