I came here for a hair cut and was blown away by the exceptional experience i had with Anne Marie. She took the time to talk and teach me so much about people and life. She gave me the best hair cut i ever had and i was privileged to have met her. Thank you Anne Marie i finally found the hair dresser i was looking for!

I had my hair cut and colored here and Ann Marie helped for both. She took her time to find out the type of cut I wanted and shared her knowledge on what would look nice. I let her know that I’d wanted to dye my hair so she let me know what colors would work. On my second appointment, we went with a dip dye that looks fabulous! I’m really happy with the service. She was excellent and also let me know how to take care of the color and my hair in general, too. My third visit was for a hair wash and blow dry, just for a bit of pampering. Jade helped me this time, and the experience was great! Super friendly and upbeat! Went in again to touch up my hair color, and Gena was such a star. She was very quick and extremely friendly. Everyone here is very nice and friendly, I enjoy going here 🥰

So very upset. Can’t even describe my feelings in words. When I got out of the salon after paying 158.00 dollars for a cut and partial hi lites, I literally started crying and screaming in my car. Pretty sure the poor people around me thought I was losing it, which is pretty much what was happening. I have gone to Tangled many times prior and had amazing experiences with Crystal, she always does the most amazing pixie cuts! But unfortunately she has changed her schedule and it hasn’t been easy for me with my schedule to have her cut my hair, so Rachel the receptionist recommended a few other stylists which were not great at the cut either. My last attempt at trying to schedule Crystal was a no go, so Rachel suggested Laura, and told me she was talented in hair cutting and said that she’s the next best to Crystal, so I went for it, as the enthusiasm in Rachel’s voice made me feel that his would be ok Well no it wasn’t! I called the Salon the very next day to speak with Rachel and let her know that I was so very disappointed and that the cut is horrible. I told her that I would be back and that I would sent her pictures of my chopped hair. She did apologize and said she would see if maybe Crystal was willing to fix it at a lower cost. ( in my head I am thinking cost 🤦🏼‍♀️$ ) After sending pictures and Rachel saying yes she can see it not cut well/ blended that she would speak with Crystal and get back to me. Well I am still waiting a call and that was August 22nd 2023. Horrible business ethics if you ask me and I am truly upset over it all. My advice to anyone whom is looking for a pixie cut and colour, run the other direction
