Customer service was next level !! From the moment we stepped in we were greeted with such a cool energy, super helpful without being pushy. Also a last minute piercing decision which was totally unplanned but they fit us in on the tightest schedule. A really great experience all round, I wouldn't go anywhere else for product, knowledge or piercings!

I’m not sure how to contact the salon directly with photos but just wanted to say THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to Jenna and Rebecca, you literally restored my self confidence after a wrong colour I was left with from another salon. You put your heads together and found a solution for me and I am feeling so so so happy now that it’s all done. I really appreciate all your advice in helping me choose the right colour and formula, I’m actually in love with my hair. That brassiness is completely gone and I’m left with a beautiful auburn. I had an absolutely amazing experience at Hairhouse! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and friendly service. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. My stylist was fantastic — they offered great suggestions and delivered a perfect haircut and colour that exceeded my expectations. The salon itself is clean, and so relaxing. I also appreciated how they gave me a cup of coffee. I left feeling refreshed and confident! I highly recommend Hairhouse Plenty Valley for anyone. Will definitely be coming back!

Amazing experience with Helen and Tanya. Helen did beautiful highlights on my black hair that gave definition to the natural texture of my hair and camouflaged my greys without having to colour on the roots as I didn’t want that. I had a vision and I wanted a change so we tried something different in terms of colour. I went to Hairhouse a week before my appointment for an initial consultation and planning. That was the key to ensuring that I don’t get any surprises on the appointment day. She helped me decide the colour mix that would look nice on me and the result was exactly what I wanted! Tanya refreshed my existing layers very well. I have curly/wavy hair for which I got excellent product recommendations from them to enhance and maintain my look. Helen also encouraged me to resume applying hair oils on my strands to nourish them. I received numerous compliments from my family and friends. Haven’t been happier. Thank you ladies! ☺️
