He swiftly got to work installing a new lock for my front door, and I was amazed at how quickly he completed the job, under 45 minutes! Shane was not only efficient but also took the time to explain what he was doing, which I found reassuring. He also cleaned up afterwards; it felt like nothing had happened! I just got Mr Shane Hales coming today to open my house door after my soon look me out accidentally, he was so professional , polite very reliable and come very quickly!!! before I called him I have to refused service for the previous person who turned up telling me that the job was £150 pounds plus £60 pounds for call out not even changing my lock! And it was a totally different price when I called to book … honestly Disgusting ! Please make sure you get the right people to do this type of job the doggie ones are everywhere! Best advice save the name and number on your phone now! Coz you never know when you need it ! And the stress of the situation will make you call the wrong people! Or the first one on google search 🥴 So glad my second try was Shane ! Highly recommended! 🥹

My husband's key broke in the lock of his van and after calling a couple of 24 hour locksmiths Shane was the only one who would come out the same day. He sorted out our key quickly and came back at a later date to fit new security locks. Great service from start to finish and really friendly and helpful man.
