I have used formula one before and will definitely use again. I needed a new tyre, filled out an appointment online, picked a time slot for that same afternoon, very quick and easy to do. The price was really good too. Have already recommended to others.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Formula One Autocentres. I took my car in for a tyre change, and upon picking it up, I noticed damage to one of my alloy wheels that wasn't there before. The wheel now has got a scratch and visible marks. After some back and forth, they agreed to carry out repairs but the quality of the work was shockingly poor. The repair was sloppy, and the wheel still looks damaged.I paid for a service that was supposed to be professional, but what I received was negligent handling of my car and subpar repairs. I expected better customer care and quality from a reputed company, but unfortunately, this experience has been a complete letdown. I will not be returning and I strongly recommend others to think twice before trusting them with their vehicles. images are attached of what the wheel looked like the day the damage was made and what it looks like now after they supposedly repaired it.
