Peter SangstonOne till open on a busy Sunday lunchtime. Quite a long queue, 7 customers. Two staff wandering tidying shelves. In queue, I had to ask why other till not open, with a loud voice down shop. Told it was not working. Then Told till at rear was an option. Duly went and paid there. Why oh why weren't staff directing customers to rear of store to help reduce queue? It's not difficult
R HallUnhelpful staff. Wanted to charge an arm and a leg to remove 4 hex screws from a car door speaker so we could match speaker size in store for a new pair! Clearly they don't want the custom. The manager thought I wanted a bracket also which I never mentioned! Unprofessional, don't listen, don't help. What happened to common decency?
