Might be useful if it was EVER open beyond the measly mid-week hours. Definitely not a bank that is about it's customers. Actually wanting to deposit cash, but it's like they don't actually want my money.
Management and staff rude. Need to be retrained in customer services. Head office needs to look into this and take appropriate action ASAP.
Bank here regularly as it's my local branch. The odd member of staff can be rather unfriendly and others can be a little in-your-face. Just because you're female, doesn't mean you can get away with patronising and poking fun at male customers.
Always friendly and very helpful with issues I had, excellent customer service, staff are a credit to the branch
