We have bought and sold quite a few houses over the years and Jeremiah is absolutely the best realtor we have worked with. Visiting a house with him is almost like doing a professional pre-inspection, where flaws and potential problems are pointed out which can help one make a better informed decision. Once we found a house, Jeremiah made an excellent recommendation for a professional inspector who did a thorough evaluation. Jeremiah is very patient and has a wonderful sense of humour that brought an occasional, and much needed stress relief as we sometimes felt that we'd never find the right house. On the sale side, Jeremiah gave us a fair assessment which didn't raise our expectations beyond what the market could support nor did he try to force us to lower our price unreasonably looking for a quick sale. Even though he was working with other clients at the same time, we always felt that he was always readily available to answer our questions and to promptly arrange visits to houses that interested us.
