Boiler Service Contacted Baker Smith and easily arranged a booking that worked for me within the week, so didn't have to wait. Simon turned up, introduced himself and gave an expected duration for the work, which ended up being spot on. Simon was also patient with me, happily answering all my questions, including setting expectations on future repairs that might be necessary - which he added to the engineering note. No mess was created (or if it was it was cleared away before I saw it!) All in, very happy with the service provided.
