Halo Espresso Bar

The cafe is super clean and the service was really good! It was also a very nice place to sit down and work. The decor does come into question considering there's a giant pile of coffee beans in the corner, maybe having some notice showing that it's actually being used. Otherwise, it does feel a bit out of place. The Nutella espresso was really good, smooth and nutty. The Hazelnut tart was a bit on the under side and well as the chocolate didn't set properly, without any characteristic snap and more of a fudge texture. Would definitely come down here and use it as a work location and some good coffee!

A cozy coffee shop located at the Hurontario and Dundas intersection—definitely a decent spot in the area. It’s often filled with people working or enjoying their coffee, creating a lively yet relaxed vibe. I love the ambiance and the generous quantity of coffee they serve. It’s the kind of place I’m drawn to when I’m tired of the usual Tim Hortons and Starbucks experience. However, one thing that consistently stands out is that the cappuccino is never served hot enough. If they could fix this one issue, it would truly become a go-to place for long conversations with friends or focused work sessions. The staff are quite friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall positive experience. Please note that the coffee shop looks big in my photos but is smaller in real!

Great coffee and great sandwich! Had Kinder latte and chorizo sandwich, and both were really good. Even through the Kinder I could taste that the coffee itself was great! Way better than your Starbucks!
