Michelle offers a great line of products, and a level of customer service that I haven’t encountered in quite awhile. When I placed my order, I never bothered to check the size chart, and ordered my regular size. Within 20 minutes my phone rang and it was Michelle calling to help me make sure I was getting the right pair. As it turned out, the sizing is very different from the norm, and I would have needed hands the size of a G. I. JOE to wear the ones I had ordered. The right gloves arrived in two days, and they’re exactly what I need.
