He always seems to know exactly what’s going on without me having to say more than the basics, and he finds the spots that need attention every time. My friend gifted me an hour deep tissue massage and unfortunately most of the time felt like "warming up" or "filler" as I'd call it. There were a few great techniques that Michael used to stretch my spine and work the muscles around it but otherwise it felt like one of those "relaxation" massages that lacked focus or intention. I think it's important to note that there was no communication on his end as to what was working or not working. I trusted him as he's the professional but left feeling underwhelmed. It was not a bad massage by any means but there was more relief than actual release. Lastly, it was supposed to be an hour massage and he decided to finish at the 55-56 minute mark which left a bad taste in my mouth. He was friendly but It felt as though he wouldn't expect to see me again as it was a gift so I'll be exploring other options moving forward.
