I was having a hard time finding a clinic that takes their patients seriously and gives them the time of day. So many walk-in clinics in London have terrible reviews, and just brush you off. I decided to give Riverside a try even though they were way on the outskirts of town. Absolutely zero regrets. I was only in the waiting room for about 15-20 min. and the doctor was very pleasant to chat with. I was going in for something that I was expecting not to be taken seriously, but she took the time to ask many questions and got me all set up to get some tests done. Said and done I was in and out of there in an hour. Had I gone to one of the closer clinics, I full suspect I'd still be waiting and likely would have been brushed off. From my first experience here, I fully recommend Riverbend Medical Clinic.

They were able to transfer all my paperwork over promptly from my previous pharmacy and also offer delivery which is a huge help for when I am unable to stop in to pick up my prescription.
