This is my favourite gym I have ever been a part of! The gym is well-equipped and I have never had to wait for a machine. It has an old-school, serious vibe but is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The owners are awesome and always around to have a chat. An amazing community space and a perfect alternative to large, commercial gyms.

Great atmosphere run by great people! Tons of space, and very inclusive. It’s hard to feel comfortable at a new gym, I always feel welcome and am able to workout confident with a ton of space and options. Would highly recommend!

Cornell is such a great gym. Raquel & Michael have built such a vibrant, welcoming space that just feels like home. Skip the glossy, overpriced big box and come sweat it out with great people at Hamilton's gym!

I love this gym! Ive been coming here for a year now. I’ve tried a few different gyms in the past but stopped going because I wasn’t super comfortable. Cornell performance makes you feel right at home. The owners and staff are very inviting and friendly and make you feel very comfortable on your fitness journey. Definitely would recommend someone trying to find the “right” gym to come check this one out.
