While Hammond Square Mall is convenient there is much needed for improved customer service I visited the children’s place twice this week and each time there was one associate working a register with at least 6-10 people waiting in line Both times There were two other associates available, but neither offered to open a second register The second of which was at 20 minutes to closing time and still no second register was opened After this second bad experience in one week, I decided to order my items online where prices were less expensive, coincidentally Lastly The store was quite disheveled and in need of cleaning and organizing It seems that periodic re-organizing maybe by the two other associates that weren’t working the register during the day may help alleviate the look of cleanliness

Ordered a large Carmel frappe and watched her make it,then poor most of it out. Then she topped it with whip and Carmel. A large is a large. Not a large cup with medium ingredients. I chose not to engage in correcting the order at the window because it's always a confrontation when McDonald's make a mistake. Please do better at giving us what we are paying for and less attitude when ppl just want what we are paying for.

Best Buy, old navy, book store, and movie theater are all within a good walking distance. A lot to do in the area.
