Do not waste your money on this hotel. We stayed at Quality Inn Toronto Airport, a couple days before Christmas, before an early-morning flight, and the experience was genuinely poor from start to finish. The bathroom was dirty on arrival — hair on the floor and in the bathtub, visible mold in the shower, and a broken shower curtain rod. This isn’t “dated,” it’s basic cleanliness failing. The room itself was poorly sealed. The door had visible gaps around it, letting in hallway light and noise all night. On top of that, the walls and ceilings are extremely thin. We were kept awake late by ongoing noise and then woken again around 2:30 a.m. by people in the room above us. Not what you want before an early flight. The final straw was the airport shuttle. We had reserved a spot in advance, yet when we arrived in the lobby we were told the shuttle was overbooked and that we were now on a waiting list. We ended up having to take a cab — exactly what we were trying to avoid by booking an “airport hotel.” Between the cleanliness issues, noise, and unreliable shuttle service, this hotel completely failed at the one job it’s supposed to do: provide a clean, quiet, stress-free overnight stay before a flight. Close to the airport. The free shuttle is very useful but took a while to pick us up. We called ahead and were assured the shuttle worked every half an hour. However, we ended up waiting an hour for it to pick us up. The shuttle vehicle was not very clean on the inside. Breakfast was included in our stay and was great! They had a buffet-type area that was open from 6:30am. There are two floors and no elevator, so if you have heavy bags and get assigned a room on the second floor it can be a challenge. However, the hotel has a luggage-storage room. We chose to leave our heavy bags there instead of taking them all the way up to our room. Room doors are heavy so people tend to slam them, and it can be heard throughout the hallway and from other rooms (specially at night and in the early morning).

We had booked two nights at the Quality Inn Airport. We booked with Ziva, and she was amazing as always! We wanted to explore Toronto a bit, without worrying about bringing our winter jackets to the Caribbean. This hotel has a safe and organized storage space for holding belongings while you are gone. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurant, and spent some great time with Alex at the bar. Our flight south was cancelled until the next day, and we were able to get another room for the night. This room had a minor maintenance issue, which was fixed right away. For incredible service, proximity to the airport with great shuttle service, and a comfortable stay, Quality Inn Toronto Airport is a great choice!

We stayed at the Quality Inn the night before our flight to Cuba. We were able to leave our car at the hotel and their shuttle took us to the airport and back to our car once we landed back in Toronto. The entire experience was perfect. We booked this package about 3 weeks ahead, and our room was waiting for us when we arrived. The lady at the reception desk was friendly and very knowledgeable, our room was clean, the hotel shuttle was on time, there and back. Both drivers were helpful and polite, the ride takes about 5 minutes and our car was waiting for us when we got back, just like we left it. I highly recommend this hotel.
