Hampton Roads Dog Training taught us so much when it came to handling our high energy puppy, Finn. Our trainer, Erin was always willing to work with our schedule, was thoroughly knowledgeable, and very good at her job. She understood that each dog is different and requires different approaches of training. She knew right away that our dog was both sensitive and stubborn as well as food motivated and helped teach us the best ways to train him efficiently and effectively. I recommend HRDT to all of my friends who have dogs and am very happy with our investment.

Our experience working with Hampton Roads Dog Training was amazing! Erin is so knowledgeable about each dogs specific needs and was able to approach training our very stubborn hound dog exactly the way she needed. She was flexible and accommodating with our schedule, always finding a time that worked. Thanks to Erin, our rescue dog that came to us not even knowing how to sit is now well trained in all the basic manners that make her an enjoyable part of the family.
