We enjoy the massage therapist. They were very diligent getting us to relax . The price is overpriced though $146.00 no special discount for existing guest. Sad i ask them twice . That is reason i stop going there. They try to upsell us on prepayment program as well. When i ask why they raise price they say,something about their product tariff which is unreasonable and not correlated to massage service. Therefore i feel it was not justified. They should give loyalty discount for returning customer.

Went in for a classic facial on Sept 8 and had a terrible experience. The esthetician assigned to me was extremely slow. Additionally, after steam, for extractions she mentioned that she was only allowed to do nose extractions and can’t touch anywhere else on my face — hence why, she didn’t do any extractions on my face!! Instead, she recommended that I get some other treatment so that my skin’s more cleaner. This was such a lie because I’ve been to other Hand & Stone locations before and I’ve never had such terrible experience before. This was my first time here and will most certainly be the last time as we. Do not recommend facials at this locations!!!

Hands down the best place for a massage. The monthly membership comes with a discount. My wife and I have been regulars here for several years and always have a great experience. The staff are friendly, professional, and really know what they’re doing. Whether it’s a deep tissue massage or something more relaxing, they tailor the treatment to exactly what you need. I hadn’t considered trying a facial before, but after hearing great things, I’m looking forward to checking out the Men’s Facial soon. The atmosphere is always clean, calm, and welcoming. It’s the perfect way to reset after a busy month.

The massage therapists were professional, attentive, and truly gifted at what they do. My husband came out of his session completely relaxed and glowing—he couldn’t stop raving about how amazing it felt and how refreshed he was afterward. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and soothing—exactly what you’d hope for in a spa. He really appreciated the extra effort they made to make the occasion feel special.
