Amazing service! I haven't been able to open my bedroom window since I moved in. Was thinking I'd have to replace the lock/handle but then came across Handles and hinges and their photo key service. Sent them a picture of the lock and they recommended 2 keys to try. Received the keys in the post 2 days later. Had a bit of an issue trying to get the key to fit (my mistake) but with a few emails to handles and hinges the issue was soon sorted. Can't thank them enough!
